PRICES
The products prices are in GBP and based on materials, different production and business costs, charges and levies.
VAT (Value-Added Tax)
VAT is already included in the items price.
We are obligated by law to collect value-added-tax (VAT) on different countries orders and according to their establish rate.
PAYMENT METHODS
Debit or Credit Cards + Apple pay + Google pay
We accept the following Secure options debit and credit Cards;
If your bank's currency is not GBP, price may vary with exchange rates.
Apple Pay: Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact information to confirm payment.

You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.
Phrata.com is registered with Cyber trust as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private between your web browser and our web server.
If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to the site.
Saved card details
You have an option to make shopping quicker in the future, to safely store your credit card details.
You can choose not to save your card details by unchecking the box on the payment page.
If you change or add a new address, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.
Note: Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last four digits so that you know which card you’re using.
Failed Payment
Many banks display charges immediately when an attempt for payment is made, even if that payment fails. Most of the time, failed payment attempts appear as pending charges; however, some banks display them as regular charges. These charges, regardless of their status, appear for a short period of time before they are reversed.
The amount of time that the charge appears on the customer's account depends on the bank, but is typically 3-5 business days.
The Time for Getting Refunded
A Refund can take between 3 to 5 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:
1- Processing and inspection for refund approval
2- Authorization to finance department to issue refund

Although we submit the refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.
Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment is removed from your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
Inside the authorization period, when you are refunded (either partially or in full), you might not see a line item on your statement for a refund because we adjust the capture amount for the charge when it settles.

Promotion Codes
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
