Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for any reason under the following circumstances:
A. Item Condition
The Item must be in unworn, unused, in re-saleable condition, tags attached and with the original product packaging.to be eligible.
B. 14 days Return policy
B.1. Standard size made-to-order dress (choosing from the chart)
If you need to return a standard size made-to-order dress, we will issue a refund with a charge of 10% of the item cost for handling fee.
B2. Custom size made-to-order dress
If you need to return a custom size made-to-order dress, we will issue a refund with a charge of 30% of the item cost for materials, restocking and handling fee.
B3. Return time
The return request including sending the item must be within the first 3 days of delivery.
