Petticoat holds the dress in a lush shape (3 hoops) or in extra lush shape (6 hoops), to ensure that the lush skirt of the dress is styled in the way it is designed.
 
It also allows you to move around more freely and comfortably.
Please note that the skirt length of the dress should be 3-5 inches longer if you plan to wear a petticoat.
